‘Disclosure in Criminal Legal Proceedings’

This one day course has been arranged by Food and Farming Compliance Ltd. to provide an update on Disclosure rules in the Criminal Legal Proceedings process, in light of recent cases and the National Disclosure Improvement Plan. Proper disclosure is vital for there to be a fair trial. Managing disclosure is a fundamental part of an investigation and prosecution.
It is intended for those officers appointed by a Regulatory Authority who is in any way responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of Criminal Legislation. It is suitable for experienced officers as a refresher and for the less experienced as training and guidance. The course is also relevant to the staff of Central Government Departments’ and Agencies responsible for any aspect of Criminal Law Policy. It will also be relevant to Solicitors and Legal Department staff involved with the conduct, care and control of Criminal cases.
